On my way to work in the morning i pass by the city jail. The street between the jail and the public school on the other side (???) is constantly packed with cars that can´t go anywhere... The reason? Policecars blocking everything... and if they decide not to park on the street (policecar to the right) they park on the sidewalk (policecar to the left).This is usually resulting on car jams and schoolchildren on the street!
Oh... it´s also a no-stop zone!
This old lady couldn´t get pass the parked cars on the sidewalk and was affraid to go on the street, so i stopped for her. The officers in the policecar behind her is just laughing!
