This picture hardly requires any explanation...This is actually a normal practice in Vilnius. The streetcorners are there to be used!
(Now... how was it? 5 meters from a corner... 10 meters? How can anyone remember all those rules...?)

And how is he supposed to know he cannot park there, hmm? There's only TWO absolutely NO parking signs, and one of them is almost eaten by shrubberies.
