Surely, there are no babyprams or wheelchairs for handicapped people in Vilnius, so you can park you vehicle in a way, so the frontend or backend will block the sidewalk... Why shouldn't you... the police do!!!
And everybody do (this truck is used by the police to tow away "wrong-parkers")... These pictures are taken near my work, so expect more! :)
