More FANTASTIC parkings

Well obviously that sign in picture 2 means that parking is allowed.
Normally there's one stroke over the sign if it means "No parking". This one has two, and thus it must mean "No NO-parking". In other words parking is actually mandatory.

- It's clearly a double negative, and a double negative becomes a positive. I'm sure all lithuanian drivers know this...
