Living in Vilnius, I daily observe curious behaviour in the traffic from drivers of all kind. They drive, park, shout, show certain fingers and try to run down as many people as possible.... CUZ THEY OWN THESE STREETS!!!
I am trying to capture some of the the moments on camera and i will post them here for you all to see.
Mostly for fun, but perhaps some of the "actors" will think twice next time they break the law!

Well obviously that sign in picture 2 means that parking is allowed.
Normally there's one stroke over the sign if it means "No parking". This one has two, and thus it must mean "No NO-parking". In other words parking is actually mandatory.
- It's clearly a double negative, and a double negative becomes a positive. I'm sure all lithuanian drivers know this...
